We are seeking experienced Audiologists or Hearing Instrument Specialists to join our dynamic remote support team. As a central part of our mission to provide affordable and high-quality hearing healthcare, your role will be instrumental in guiding our customers to the best solutions for their needs.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of clinical experience

Support—Application Support Specialist
Description:
We are seeking a skilled Application Support Specialist to help expand our customer care and telemedicine programs. The ideal candidate is highly empathetic, patient, and committed to helping customers improve their lives through better hearing. You will thrive in a “Talk and Type” environment and ensure new customers stay with us for a lifetime by helping them learn how to pair their hearing aids to mobile devices, and use the MDHearing application to improve their hearing experience.
Requirements:
- Outstanding troubleshooting skills with both hardware and software across Android and iOS platforms for our D2C customers
- Adept at troubleshooting SIM card issues in iPads for our B2B customers
- Experience with application deployment and configuration
- Experience in remote care & support: demonstrable success using Zendesk, or comparable ticketing application to improve productivity and effectiveness is required
- Experience with hearing aid devices is not required, but is a huge plus
- You MUST be a resident of CA, CO, FL, IL, IN, LA, MI, MS, NC, OH, PA, TN, TX or UT.
